Account
Click Register in the header, enter your name, email, and a password, and you are signed in immediately.
Click Login in the header and enter your email and password. Use "Remember me" to stay signed in on this device.
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. We will email you a secure reset link that expires after a short time.
Go to Account -> Security, enter your current password and a new password, and save.
Purchase
Browse Games, pick a product, choose a plan, and add it to your cart. See our How to Buy guide for the full walkthrough.
Every product offers Daily, Weekly, and Monthly plans. Pricing and duration are shown on the product page before you add it to your cart.
Once your crypto payment is confirmed, your order status changes to Paid and your license is issued automatically -- no manual step required.
All your orders are listed under Account -> Orders, including their current status and payment details.
Payment
We currently support cryptocurrency payments. Additional methods may be added in the future.
At checkout you receive a payment address, the exact amount to send, and a countdown timer. Confirmation happens automatically once the network verifies your transaction.
Your order stays Pending until the payment is confirmed. You can check the live status from the payment page at any time.
If the payment window closes before your transaction is confirmed, the order is marked Expired. You can place a new order to try again.
Product
Everything you own is available from your account dashboard under Orders, Licenses, and Downloads.
Go to Account -> Licenses to see your license key, plan, status, and expiration date.
Go to Account -> Downloads. Files only appear there once you hold an active license for that product.
It matches the plan you purchased -- Daily, Weekly, or Monthly -- and the exact expiration date is shown on the Licenses page.
Troubleshooting
Confirm your order shows Paid or Completed under Account -> Orders, and that your license status is Active. See our Troubleshooting guide for more steps.
Licenses are issued automatically once payment is confirmed -- this can take a few minutes. If it still is not showing after that, check your order status first.
Check Account -> Orders while logged into the account you purchased with. If it truly is not there, reach out through Discord for help.
